Attorney Farver began his legal career as a J.A.G. officer in the U.S. Marine Corps doing criminal trial work. Upon discharge he joined an active litigation firm in Connecticut handling primarily personal injury, workers' compensation, family and criminal matters (both misdemeanor and felony). He has continued to concentrate in those areas over the past 40 years either practicing in a partnership or as a solo. His active criminal trial practice has led to serious felony trials including murder defense, drug cases, robbery charges, assaults, and sexual offenders. His workers' compensation practice is composed largely of state and municipal employee injuries with a heavy emphasis on Heart & Hypertension Act claims.
